Standard processing time is approximately 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Rush Service may be available for $100 and generally reduces production time to approximately 7 business days.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

How long can a custom wig last?

Custom wigs are designed for long-term wear when properly maintained.

The actual lifespan varies depending on frequency of wear, installation method, heat styling, products, maintenance, and overall handling.

How often should I replace my lace?

Lace naturally thins and sheds with regular wear.

Depending on frequency of wear and maintenance, lace replacement may be considered around approximately six months or when noticeable thinning occurs.

How should I care for my wig?

We generally recommend shampooing and conditioning your custom wig every one to two weeks depending on frequency of wear, product buildup, exercise, and styling.

Use quality products designed for human hair extensions, minimize excessive heat, and protect the wig at night with a silk or satin scarf, bonnet, or appropriate storage method.

Care recommendations are provided with custom wig orders.

Can I work out in my wig?

You can, but frequent sweating can increase buildup and may require more frequent cleansing and lace maintenance.

For clients who exercise regularly, additional maintenance may be necessary to preserve the hair and lace.
