Shipping Policy

JazzBeautyBar LLC, doing business as JBB Wigs & Beauty, ships orders using the carrier selected for the applicable product category.

Standard merchandise orders, including hair extensions and other eligible products, are generally shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Custom wig orders are shipped via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping rates are based on current carrier charges, packaging, labeling, and order-processing costs.

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, JazzBeautyBar cannot control the carrier’s delivery schedule. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, peak shipping periods, routing delays, missed scans, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JazzBeautyBar is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order appears to be lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact service@jazzbeautybar.com. JazzBeautyBar will assist with initiating an eligible carrier claim when appropriate.

Submitting or assisting with a carrier claim does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement. Claim decisions are determined by the applicable shipping carrier.

Custom Wig Shipping

Custom wig orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Shipping and generally arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, excluding weekends, holidays, and carrier delays.

Custom wig shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Custom wig shipments include carrier insurance up to $500, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping time is separate from the custom wig production timeframe.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

JazzBeautyBar does not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair extensions, closures, frontals, beauty products, books, digital products, custom wigs, or other merchandise.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, lengths, textures, colors, specifications, and applicable policies carefully before completing a purchase.
