 When will my order ship? 

Please be advise that there is a standard 48 hour processing time for ALL payment methods. This processing time is to  ensure orders are not fraudulent nor canceled prior to orders being fulfilled by JazzBeautyBar LLC. Upon payment being cleared through our third-party payment processor, orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received. 

This information applies to ALL products with the EXCEPTION of Custom Wigs, both Custom Order and Ready to Ship. 

Orders typically are delivered within 3 to 5 business days -weekends and holidays are NOT included in delivery time-  from the day they were delivered to the postal office. We do required a signature for ALL ORDERS as a protection that the order was delivered to the correct address given by the customer. Customers will be sent an automated email containing their tracking information once the order has been fulfilled through our back office.Please allow AT LEAST 24 hours  to track your order.ALL ORDERS have to be scanned by the local USPS facility and within 24 hours, an active update will show the transit of your order.  We ship orders worldwide. We HIGHLY recommended adding  insurance to your order for added protection.

JazzBeautyBar LLC Wig orders are shipped only through FedEx for a Flat rate of $25 which includes up to $500 of insurance - this amount varies depending on the total cost of the Custom Wig- as well an indirect signature for delivery. USPS is not a shipping carrier option for Custom Wigs. Shipping for Custom Wig orders is 3 to 5 business days through FEDEX standard flat rate shipping. Our shipping rate is based on the going rate for labeling, processing, packaging, insurance coverage and signature requirement through FEDEX.  We DO NOT offer EXPRESS shipping on ANY orders at this time. ALL Orders will REQUIRE a signature upon delivery from FEDEX.

 Upon all orders being delivered and accepted by  the local USPS or FEDEX, JazzBeautyBar LLC is no longer responsible for the delivery time- frame for ANY ORDERS.  While we understood the importance of receiving your orders in a timely manner,  orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. However, We ARE NOT responsible for orders being delayed to the customers due to but not limited to the following; weather interruptions, carrier mishandling of package or failing to scan package in system, incorrect address input by customer, wrong labeling by USPS/ FEDEX, and/or delivery to incorrect USPS/FEDEX facility. 

JazzBeautyBar LLC will do our best in the event of a package being loss, stolen, or has not been delivered after 7 days from the expected delivery date, in making a  claims through USPS or FEDEX to resolve the issue. We will communicate with our customers throughout the claims process. We HIGHLY suggest adding insurance to your order in the evident USPS or FEDEX should have to offer a refund for the above mentioned situations.

 JazBeautyBar LLC ships ALL orders with the exception of Custom Wigs using USPS, United States Postal Services  standard flat rate shipping. Our shipping rate is based on the going rate for labeling, processing, and packaging through USPS. 

ALL CUSTOM WIG orders are shipped using FEDEX . ALL Orders will REQUIRE a signature upon delivery from USPS.

Returns & Refunds for Custom Wigs

All wig orders are custom made according to the unique measurements, style and desire of each customer. Therefore, we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for ANY WIG ORDER.

We ask that all customers complete a consultation with our lead stylist prior to making a purchase for a custom wig. Consultations maybe completed in person or virtually over the phone. Wig consultations help alleviate any concerns from the customer as well as ensure we are providing each customer with the ideal wig of their choice. 

Our processing time for all wig orders is 14 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We do offer RUSH services for an additional $100 in which your wig order will be completed within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

Wig orders may be completed any time before or within the 14 day allotted time.  Orders typically  deliver within 3 to 5 business days from the day they were delivered to the postal office. The delivery time is subjected to change during peak and holiday seasons.

While we are committed to ensuring our clients and customers are satisfied with their purchases through JazzBeautyBar LLC. If there are any issues  with your wig, please contact us within the first 2 days upon receiving the order.  We will do our best to accommodate you regarding your issues concerning your purchase.

Please be advised that our accommodations are subject to change and will vary based upon order issues and concerns. JazzBeautyBar LLC will ONLY make accommodations without charge for a wig order in the event there was a mistake made on our end that aligns with the complete wig construction including but not limited too, wefts not properly secured, faulty attachments, incorrect styling or parting, failure to properly customize lace, or any other issues that would fall under "construction" of the custom wig. 

 It is our right and discretion to refuse to accommodate any orders if we deem that customers are being dishonest regarding their issue or concerns.   Again, We unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom wigs.

 

Wig Adjustment Policy

If there are any adjustments that should be made to a custom wig order including but not limited to re-capping wig for correct fitting due to wrong cap size or measurements given by customer,  color correction due to faulty color pigmentation  due to customer providing own extensions for wigs, shedding of extensions on wig due to customer improperly installing wig, damage to the extensions due to using products not recommended according to our 'Care Instructions",  or lace replacement due to customer incorrectly trimming lace, using wrong adhesive, adjustments service cost will be at the expense of the customer. 

Please contact us via email if you are unsure the natural of your wig adjustment. We will gladly provide you with the appropriate information and guidance.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges for ALL other products

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products offered by JazzBeautyBar LLC.  Please read the description of the product, book, or digital product you are considering purchasing prior to completing payment If you have any questions or concerns, please email us PRIOR to making a purchase at service@jazzbeautybar.com
